Seer's Auspice
Wondrous Item - very rare - requires attunement
A black fabric wrap once worn as a blindfold by the hag Terez, embroidered with intricate warding. While wrapped around part of one's body, it gives flashes of prescience, and protection against attackers. While attuned to the Seer's Auspice, you gain +2 to all saving throws and AC. In addition, you may cast augury without expending a spell slot. At the beginning of your turn, you may clutch the Auspice and choose one creature you can see. You immediately see an short vision of that creature's most likely course of action over the next round. If the conditions of the battlefield change before they act, the vision may not come true, but it will be insightful of their next actions. After doing so, you cannot use this ability again until you complete a short or long rest.
