A short rod made of jumbled materials - woodchips, river stones, bronze, glass and lead, all inexplicably meshed to form a rough, slightly bent rod. The Talking Rod can be used as an arcane focus. Using an action, you may expend a charge and activate the rod. Roll 1d10, and roll on the Reckless Casting table and cast the resulting spell as part of this action. The rod has a maximum of 3 charges, and regains 1d3 charges each morning at dawn.
