A long, fitted coat made from the supple hide of the Brass Dragon Saladronax, its lining on the beast and sleeves is dotted with small pockets for reagents and vials. A metallic underlayer to the leather channels arcane energy, releasing it as arcs of bright electricity that carry the wearer and move along with their spells. While you are attuned to the coat, your spell save DC and spell attack bonus each increase by 1. Stormborne As a bonus action, the wearer can channel Saladronax’s command of the storm, conferring the following traits for the next minute. You gain the ability to levitate, suspended by crawling arcs of electricity. You gain a fly speed equal to half your walking speed, and must remain no more than 10ft away from a solid surface, whether a floor, wall or ceiling. Lightning arcs between you and the closest solid surface, holding you in the air and creating a dangerous area. A creature that enters this area for the first time on a turn, or starts their turn there, takes 1d6 lightning damage. When you cast a spell, the first time each turn a target you can see takes damage from it, you may deal an additional 1d6 lightning damage to them. As a reaction, you can spend 1 sorcery point to increase this damage to 3d6. After 1 minute, these traits end, and cannot be reactivated until the next dawn.
