Will-o'-the-Wisp

A will-o'-the-wisp is a small, sentient ball of light. They are known to wander the Great Valley at night, particularly near bodies of water. They do not appear to require any sustenance at all--it is common wisdom among Stellists that they draw power from the same dying star that birthed the Great Fairy, but this has not been scientifically proven. Will-o'-the-wisps are known for luring weary travelers to a watery grave, though it is unclear if they do so for sport or otherwise. They are said to live forever.
They are a popular cocktail ingredient among the immortal races; when shaken into a cocktail whole, they impart a delightful creamy mouthfeel to it. A mortal, however, would perish from a single sip.
