G.E.F.F. Standard Issue

As a paramilitary expeditionary force setting out into the great unknown, the The Glorious Expeditionary Factfinding Force brought a considerable amount of supplies, tools, weapons, and other goods necessary for establishing a colony under a variety of circumstances and climates.
To reflect this provisioning, Player Characters may replenish lost items and weapons from the Standard Issue. This ability applies to any standard, nonmagical, nonunique item from the Player's Handbook Chapter 5.
Each time a Character requisitions an item do, they must roll a d20. On a 1, the inventory of the desired item has run out, and no other PCs will be able to requisition that item until another shipment of supplies arrives or the colony has developed sufficiently to manufacture said item independently.
