Monument of the Heavens

The Monument of the Heavens is a Megalithic structure at the center of the Capital of the Old World. No one knows its origin, but top scholars believe it was built in honor of the Gods.
The Monument has four giant, crescent carved stones, arranged in such a manner that is looks like a giant, inverted Eagle Claw bursting from the ground. On the North side of the largest Talon is a unique symbol not found on the other Talons
