Filipa D'Arise

Filipa, wife of Albert is the notional head of state of Verdant. As head of state her Princess title is no more than symbolic and does not grant her any political power.
Filipa is a Drow, and has one daughter Juliana. Juliana disappeared during a scandal 2 years ago.
Her family is is constantly competing with House Lucia, both in trade and all out warfare.
The D'Arise house is very wealthy and owns a large trading corporation.
Filipa is well loved by the population and generally considered to a good and kind hearted individual. She is charitable and true to the faith of the Lightbringer.  Her husband is much more business minded and has a reputation to be a fiercely competitive in business.  
Since her daughter's disappearance she has been rarely seen in public.
Filipa famously uses a silver bladed rapier, called Nestus.
