Frigera

Small city on the Frigera river.
Frigera thrives on river trade and farming in the fertile lands near the river.
Heraldry: Golden boat with oak sails on red field.
Frigera has a notable population of gnomes, even having an actual 'Gnome Quarter' in the city. (known locally as the 'half quarter') The Half Quarter even has a semi-official temple to Ioun, or at least it is tolerated within the city.
Gnomish industry generates the city great wealth. There is a lot of money made from using rare ores taken from the mountains. which are put to use in technological devices. There is also competition for resources between the Dwarven technology (more directed towards weapons and armaments) and Gnomish engineering (tools, toys and transportation) although the lines between these have become blurred in recent years.
Of Note:   Constable Barnett:  head of the local militia Lovolion Opera House.  Famed theatre in the centre of the city.   Known for a distaster of demonic propotions involving one Annalyse Penn.
