The rich and noble House Lucia rule over their self-names city on the coast of the Azure Sea. Rich and prosperous trading city, with close ties to Westfal and the Empress.
In recent years there has been tension between Lucia and Verdant. This has been a cold war of late, this follows a long history of conflict between the two trading city states. The recent wars were started after the Duke Leopold's son, Orlando disappeared, presumed kidnapped by Verdant.
Recently Lucia has aligned with The Scourge and forces from Westfal City to blockade the port of Verdant.
