Rusty's Needles

Rusty's tattoo parlour is found on the edge of the docks area of Verdant
This relatively tall dwarf is powerfully built and is covered with tattoos from head to foot. He is grim to look at has and a gruff temperament but underneath this exterior lies a quite abrasive personality. He normally wanders around Verdant with bare chest no matter what the season, almost always with a jug of beer in his hand.

He can provide tattooing services for a price. He is even reputed to be able to offer magical tattoos if the right ingredients can be found to power this.

It only took me a couple of months to recover from the infection, and after that I could really appreciate the artistry of his work
