Unfortunately, the kind-hearted and gentle touch of the cult resulted in to many accidents and fatalities. The Cult of Sigmar took over the governance of the Sanitarium and appointed a Commissioner, Doktor Dietrich Holzfäller, to oversee its administration and the care of its “guests.
