Dominating the Flieshmark is a large wooden building with numerous smoking chimneys from which smaoke and the smell of roast meat and spices are dispelled over the whole area. Wagon loads of flesh go in this building and barrels of spiced mincemeat come out.
This is not a retail outlet but a more like a factory, dedicated to production of pie filling and sausage meat for distribution to Henricus Rumster's shops and stalls across the city of Altdorf.
The Rumsters are not fussy about the meat they procure for processing. Apprentices carry slopping buckets of blood from slaughterhouses and are even known to intercept barrows of guts headed for the Sewer Atrium, willing to pick through the carnage for chunks of fat or gristle. The Production Haus pays for quantity not quality.
