Crackleblast Prime Munitions: Insta-Freeze bullet.

Crackleblast Industries presents it's latest instalment to the Prime Munitions line: The Instant-Freeze bullet, or I.F.B for short. What does it do? Well apart from going with the Caretaker, the I.F.B is perfect for inflicting nasty frostbite, or even stop your enemies in their track!
The bullet-cap contains a highly-expandable goo, called Cryo-Gel, that expands when coming into contact with Oxygen, causing it to rapidly expand and then freeze after a second or two.
The gel itself cools to sub-zero temperature, causing a sensation of cold burn if it were to come in contact with the skin.

Manufacturing process

The bullet body itself is made of your average copper tubing, with a sealed glass cap, enhanced by the Mark of Ironwood (Reference, Enchantment: Mark of Ironwood.), which allows the glass cap to withstand the initial blast of the gun. The gel consist of a chemical substance created from the juices of Icecaps and Icethorn. Once the compound has been mixed, you have thirty minutes to stuff the amount into the glass caps and seal them, before the chemical reaction triggers, and the stuff expands.

At the time of this writing, the I.F.B is only being produced by Crackleblast Industries, but this copy has been granted for use of the Brotherhood.
