Subject: Memo on recent developments

Following discharge of the Crucible the remnant energy will dissipate to any number of predetermined destinations ('The Other Side' being one). Note that, obviously, a portion of the souls and hence energy is used up and non-recoverable. That's the price you pay.

Loa of Death has not provided any objections as yet. Conversations with Awabundi have not indicated any problems.

if the CFG is in working condition, and no-one else has a use for it, it will be a huge boon to the Crucible and would eliminate the need for periodic reinforcing of the coil alignment and confinement spells. My original plan was to splice some chronomancy into the retooled coils, so this could work well.

I don't want any bloody Ebons randomly carving runes into things without their acumen being tested, too many of them think that just because half of their magic has the word rune in the title they're qualified to talk technical.

Getting some insight from some necromancy types is worth doing; send them my way if you can, once their ability or willingness is established.
