Supply Obtaining Sigil [S.O.S]

This is a black rock slate most likely basalt with a rune of summoning engraved on it's surface it would remain this way until activated when it would light up the rune causing various runes to appear in a circle above the sigil slowly rotating into place, You must place the sigil on the ground before the runes finish a full rotation lest you want a wad of food water and medical supplies to be thrown towards wherever the main engraving is facing. How to make the sigil : Though these will be handed out , if in an emergency you need one grab a solid surface that is durable such as rock engrave the rune on it and make sure to copy it exactly or risk that you open a portal to a random location instead of the supply stash.

How to make the sigil

The runes on the keystone also must match exactly otherwise the same issue as the sigil will occur, This can be a chunk of wood or a small rod of stone which is the one that will be handed out, this has runes of teleportation and various runes that simply specify the destination.

How to activate it 

Given along side the sigil will be a keystone with various runes on it tapping the Supply Obtaining Sigil with the Keystone will activate it with arcane energy [ the keystones have a one charge use they will need to be refilled with arcane from an arcane user or mage ]

The Most effective way to use it 

Place the sigil in an open area facing upwards and touch the keystone to It then back away as the supplies are teleported in.

How does it work

 Setting up a supply cache in a remote location is the first step and filling it various supplies to be teleported when they are needed, this mean manually making the supplies and storing them other then that all you need to then is to set the runic circle on the floor and various runes that match the keystone to link them together. this allows for it to be pulled from by the sigils and keystones. Various runes around the circle specify the amount of certain items that can be teleported to the sigil's location.

What supplies and how many are there:

Food : Rations - Enough for a small scouting party so a group of three to four people Drink : Clean water - Two Bottles of Water Medical Supplies : Herbs / Bandages. Enough to Heal or at least assist Four injured People

Side Notes

The location of storage for the items and the ritual are at a now hidden location, since then there was little happening there, when the brotherhood went there the structure was unstable and even ended up collapsing in on itself, this would have slowly been undone by Rey'no's mining bots whom slowly dug out the structure remaking it back into a habitable location and place as a supply depot and outpost.
As for the funding of materials and supplies that were used, most were paid for by Rey'no, at least the mining out of the facility and the first wave of supplies was paid by her, she hopes that once the wheel sees the utility of the facility it will be paid by the wheel, if she can also get some of her other systems/operations up and running they would be a potential generator for gold/silver/bronze to go towards further development of the facility.
