The Black-Rose Incense Candle

Item Uses:

From my own personal experiences with Black-Rose products, the general use and reason for creation of these items stems from rituals that may require external help. These products are exceptional at producing a blank atmosphere and a meditative state, in addition to having additional properties.
Some such properties are as follows:

Aromatic uses.

Helps to provide tranquillity to those affected by its smoke, removing both mental and physical irritants, by offering a blanket of the numb sensation.

Being able to amplify a large variety of 'darker' spell frameworks.

Item Use Guidelines:

Simply put, don't burn yourself with it's flame. Ensure to light these in a closed and quarantined environment. Even if the fumes cannot be seen a set distance from the candle, I can assure you that they are there. Once you have lit the candles, you have about forty minutes before the candle burns out entirely. It is also worth mentioning that these candles cannot be lit by conventional means, and can only be sparked with magic.

Possible Drawbacks / Consequences:

Being induced into a coma from continued exposure.

Severe memory loss.

Severe memory altercation.

Intensive flashbacks and/or mental instability.

Being unable to think (though for some members, this is already a reality).

Temporary loss of limb use, due to extended periods of numbing.

Higher calibre of spells backfiring frequently. This becomes more frequent with more use of said spell choice.

This one isn't so much a possibility, but inevitability. If someone reports your use of these candles to the Cult of Forgotten Shadow, you will have a bounty placed on your heads, and will be apprehended on sight on their grounds. The reason for this is due to the candles being considered sacred to their practice.

Final Thoughts / Notes:

I have found that these candles work on a variety of magics and rituals, but have most prominance when working with Voodoo, Shadow, Void and Chaos based magics.
