Beatrice

Beatrice is a 12 or 13-year-old girl living alone in The Refuge. Her father, a courier, didn't survive the Extinction, and her mother, a scientist, has been helping around a few settlements. Not wanting to risk the life of her daughter, she left her under the care of the people of The Refuge. However, for more than a year, no one has heard about her. Luckily, she let her daughter know the locations of many of her caches with valuable goods, so Beatrice could live a decent life should anything happen to her.

Appearance

Bea is a skinny, pale, 145cm tall girl. Before she starts to travel she has a messy, long, puffy blonde hair. Later, for safety, she starts to tie it down or braid it. She has round, amber eyes.
She likes to wear warm, baggy clothes with multiple pockets and she almost never leaves her backpack behind. She also tends to wear beanies and hats. She likes to take souvenirs from places she visited, so some of her stuff is decorated with them.

Personality

Bea, like a lot of kids, is extremely curious. She wants to explore the world and experience as much as she can. She's a smart kid and while having problems with learning theory, she's good at learning practical tasks.
She's very open and talkative. One doesn't need a lot of time to hear all about her life history and her interests.
It seems like she doesn't have too much hope about her mom surviving but one can easily see that if someone else mentions that, it hurts her.

Bea was still in elementary school when the Extinction came. Her mother and the people of the Refuge continued her education, but one can expect there to be gaps in what she knows. She can read and write.

Bea and Kundel

Not long ago, a friend of Kundel contacted him about the possible job as a guide. When his possible client, Bea, was shown to him, he refused. He said he wouldn't let his curse ve a death of an innocent child. Besides, it was a season when Choirboys Spirits were more present.
It's unknown how, but Bae convinced him to be her guide, even if to the neighboring settlement, where she could hire another guide.
But how will that story go?
