Known to the world as the cute kids on the Mickey Mouse Club, the Mouseketeers actually have nothing to do with them other than sharing a name. Can you think of a better way to keep your secret society safe than to make it known as nothing more than a group of child actors and performers?
Well neither could they.
Started as just a dedicated group of cast members who shared Walt's view of making Disney World the happiest placeon Earth. Their dedication to this idea is almost fanatical. You could almost say they worshipped Walt.
The members of this group are also cast members of the parks and hold a wide varity of positions within the parks. They can usually be picked out as their zealotry of Disney is unparralled. Watch yourself if you have a negative view of Walt Disney.

Structure

The hierarchy of the Mouseketeers is similar to the Mouse Holes . They both report directly to The Big Ear who allegedly reports to Walt Disney, though if you asked them, they would say that's silly.

Culture

Their love of Walt and his dreams of creating the happiest place on Earth is unmatched. They don't hold the same beliefs or thoughts towards current management. It's an interesting dychotomy of love for Walt and hate of corporate greed and overreach.
