The Hauntings

The Hauntings is the name given to the spirits and ghosts and ectoplasmic entities that roam the Magic Kingdom.
While most are happy to reside within The Haunted Mansion, some have been seen in almost every other location within the park. Generally, Hauntings are kind and friendly if a bit mischievous, but they would rarely harm you. It's crowded enough as it is and maybe you're not their type.
Each Haunting is a unique individual. Each comes from a different time period or hometown, and trying to give any kind of generalized information is difficult. The most anyone could say is don't get on their bad side, you'd be surprised how quickly mischievousness can turn dangerous or even deadly.
The memories of their living times are usually lost upon becoming a Haunting, though many have been able to find their memories given enough time and hunting out the truth. So if you're looking to help a Haunting find their killer, they can't help, you're really lucky if they even remember their own name. But worry not, given enough time and an enterprising nature, the Haunting may be able to pull back the fog and webs to rediscover their truths.

Basic Information

Anatomy

No physical bodies. Some are not even visible to the human eye.....at least not at a second glance.

Genetics and Reproduction

Death of a person with unfinished business or maybe it was a curse. Who knows? The dead don't speak.

Prefers old buildings with no living residents but the living will do in a pinch.

Dietary Needs and Habits

The dead don't need to eat. But that doesn't stop some of them from trying to indulge in their favorite foods from their living times.
