  After acquiring a second Awesome and repairing most of their heavy-hitters, Commander Dupree made the decision to push an attack against the Lyran forces in retaliation for the attack on Calderon Firebase. Despite catching them unprepared for an attack, the Harbingers were forced to retreat and lose some of their units.

As scouts began to circulate to search out any other potential threats, effort was spent seeking out new things for sale and they managed to find another couple missile carriers and an Atlas. As the bills mounted for repairs, Commander Dupree weighed the risk and made the decision to prioritize repair tasks to rebuild the assault team and make another pass at the Lyran base.

  While transferring some elements to Skyros Firebase for defense purposes, Commander Sethan was forced to defend the base against a force identified as belonging to an arm of McCarron's Armored Cavalry. After dealing a significant amount of damage to Skyros Firebase and nearly destroying "Corvus" (the Raven) they withdrew and forced Commander Sethan to expend resources and time repairing the base and improving on it.

Scouting flights from both Minos and Skyros were put to work canvassing parts of Pelea and Argeith Island respectively, intending to begin searching in earnest for their hidden goal. In the process, the scouts verify the firebase in use by the MAC, while also locating potentially valuable metal ores which may be exploited for gain.

The Legion of Vega forces which were still in the area then proceeded to make a strike at the Listening Post, intending to shut it down so they could more readily move around Pelea's eastern reaches. A mixed lance is scrambled quickly, but it winds up being unable to do much to stop fast elements from destroying the core of the listening post's mechanisms.
