Naming Traditions

As far as names go, human names are as diverse as humans themselves. Parents will give their child a name of their choosing; sometimes based off ancestors.

Beauty Ideals

Humans usually idealise larger breasts and buttocks', but prefer a smaller waist. However, most humans perception of beauty is different, so is very variable.

Gender Ideals

There is inequality between men and women. Humans are just starting to move out of the perception of women as housewives, and finding equality in the workplace and with pay.

Courtship Ideals

Some people date for years before getting married, whereas a smaller few may get married sooner. Many humans go on many dates before getting into a relationship, and date multiple people.

Relationship Ideals

Humans may marry for life, however it is becoming increasingly popular to have divorces and remarry. Some women have no children, some may have more. Humans may not marry at all.

Major Language Groups and Dialects

They speak, read and write Common. Some may learn other languages if other species are prevalent in their communities.

Common Etiquette Rules

Humans are usually quite uptight and polite to strangers- making sure they are on their best behaviour, speak correctly, are dressed smart, and may give gifts if they visit someone's home.

Common Dress Code

Humans clothing choice is extremely varied and different for each person. There are many different styles such as boho, goth and cottagecore.

Culture and Cultural Heritage

Human culture is extremely varied, as with most things and so material culture and physical characteristics of humans can change wildly from region to region.

Common Customs, Traditions and Rituals

Humans celebrate many different holidays according to season; such as Christmas in the winter, Halloween in Autumn and Easter in the Spring.

Common Taboos

Antisocial behaviours in public are extremely disconcerting to humans.

Interspecies Relations and Assumptions

Humans are mostly accepting of other races, however, some humans are still wary around Orcs and Tieflings. Human cities are the most diverse of the species but there is still discrimination against some races by a few humans.
