Lizardfolk
Whitehearth specific subrace-
Marine Lizardfolk- (Inspiration- Marine iguana)
These Lizardfolk were driven out the swampy forests to remote coastal locations, due to the Flood of fire. They enjoyed the safety of coastal waters, as as they became accustomed to the sea, and its bountiful sources of food. Living off of algae and kelp, they had to learn to swim against the currents, which were extreme compared to the stagnant swampy pools they were used to. As generations went by, the Lizardfolk began developing a longer stronger tail to whip against the currents, more streamlined bodies, and eventually were able to live as herbivores.

- Speed- Your base walking speed is 25 feet, and you have a swimming speed of 40 feet.
- Bite- Your fanged maw is a natural weapon, which you can use to make unarmed strikes. Unlike the regular Lizardfolk, Marine Lizardfolk have evolved to have teeth that resemble a saw blade, which enables them to saw seaweed off of rocks, and other surfaces. If you hit with it, you deal slashing damage equal to 1d6 + your Strength modifier, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike.

- Nature's Lore- You gain proficiency with one of the following skills of your choice: Nature, Perception, Stealth, and Survival.

- Natural Armor- You have tough, scaly skin. When you aren't wearing armor, your AC is 13 + your Dexterity modifier. You can use your natural armor to determine your AC if the armor you wear would leave you with a lower AC. A shield's benefits apply as normal while you use your natural armor.
- Battle the current- Marine Lizardfolk may treat fast flowing water as normal terrain, instead of difficult.
- Cold blooded- Disadvantage on con saves due to cold weather.
