Structure

The Lord is the highest rank, followed by the Generals, the Assassins and then the Eagles. The Lord is responsible for supervising the entire trafficking industry, appointing territorial leaders, making alliances, and planning high-profile kidnappings and auctions. The Generals are responsible for supervising the assassins and eagles within their own territory. They are allowed to carry out low-profile kidnappings and auctions without permission from their bosses. The Assassins are the armed group within the Disappearing Act, responsible for carrying out kidnappings, extortions, trafficks, money collection and guarding auctions and territory. The Eagles are the  lowest group in the cartel and are responsible for supervising and reporting the activities of the guards and councils, as well as scouting before kidnappings.
