A organisation with ties to the Redbrand Ruffians found in Port Damali. Information gained from a Redbrand's journal and comments by one of the bandits revealed this connection, though who the Clasp is is yet to be determined by the adventurers.
They may also have affilitiations with a religion bearing a flail with chains ending with shackles.
