Juri Görkenson

Background

Juri Görkenson, son of Ragnar Görkenson and Solveig Sjöström, was born in the north of the known land in Citadel Adbar. Ragnar was bodyguard and right hand of Lord Grumbartson. He died in Juris young years on the battlefield next to Lord Grumbartson fighting icegolems back in the high ice.
So Juris grandfather Görken Görkenson took care of Juri and trained him all different kind of military skills. The following years Juri fought many battles in the surroundings of Citadel Adbar: in the High Ice, in the High Forest and sometimes even in the Evermoors. Many friend were lost in the battles but his grandfahther always stood besides him and they developed a stronger friendship every battle they fought together.
As Görken gets older he suffered the burdens of old age. Soon his time in the battlefield were over and due to illness he had to leave Citadel Adbar and move to Neverwinter where his brother lived. As a sworn in soldier Juri had to stay in the army of Citadel Adbar. Just a few weeks later Görken died. Some say he died of the illnes but others say he died because he was apart from Juri.
That was the first time Juri left Citadel Adbar for a non military reason to pay the last respect to his beloved grandfather.
At this time Juri is 30 years of age, a strong and tall human fighter with brown eyes and blonde hair hanging to his shoulders. He enjoys being strong and breaking things. He has lost many friends and is slow to make new ones. But his friends, who mostly fight besides him, are the people it is worth dying for. For all the other not proven warriors Juri has little to no respect
