King Grol

King Grol was a Bugbear and leader of the Cragmaw Goblin tribe. He rules his goblin, hobgoblin and bugbear subjects from Cragmaw Castle. He was affected by old age, rare for a bugbear, but was still agile and strong. He ruled with intimidation and fear which lead some of his subjects to consider a regime change though they were to scared of him to act on it.

 Grol is a tall Bugbear who had stooped shoulders and a hunched back due to his extreme age, though he was still readily able to raise a morningstar and bring it down with extreme force on an enemy. His fur was a dark shade of grey as it lost its brown colour over the years.
