Autumn's mirth is coming to a head in the three counties that make up Cobtree's Cap. As the final harvest of the season approaches, long-observed traditions are being brought to light. Lanterns are hung, costumes are sewn, stews and meads are heated and poured freely. Unfortunately, all is not how it seems. In the great melting pot of cheerful customs and holiday haunts, something sinister brews, roiling just under the surface. Stored goods are being pilfered. Birdsong has all but disappeared. *Something* is in the woods. Long forgotten sins are coming to light. Will the past be reconciled with, or will the people of Cobtree's Cap reap what they have sown?
