The Illuminated

The Illuminated were located in the City of Brass on the Elemental Plane of Fire.
The Illuminated served as constables for the City of Brass, patrolling the city and enforcing curfews. They walked through the streets each night, pounding drums and announcing the start of the curfew. Curfew violations were punished harshly. First-time offenders were arrested and fined. Offenders caught a second time lost a hand and third-time offenders were executed
