Goud Dwerg

Goud Dwerg

Goud was born into a family of modest wealth in which he was enrolled in priesthood training from a young boy. Unlike the others in his training, he stayed attached to material goods and other pleasures of the flesh. As he aged into his young adult years, he took advantage of his position of power to run a small organization that traded outlawed materials and provided illegal services to those higher up in the church. He always surrounded himself with friends and good company alike, sometimes looking out for their best interests over himself.   This all came to an end when a partner of his made an attempt at overtaking his clients by exposing him to the public. He became ridiculed and stripped from his position and material wealth. His exile led to him finding friendship in others in similar situations in which he learnt how to use some basic weapons and armor to defend himself, and transform his powers of the light into offensive spells and cantrips.   As Goud made a name for himself once again upon the exiles he associated with, history seemed to repeat itself and he was robbed during the night. He woke to find most of his so called friends had taken his pieces of armor, his weapons, and most of his material goods. Fed up with the inability to trust his fellow kind, he left his hometown in search for new opportunities with only the gold he had left in his pocket.   With no direction chosen in particular, he wandered the countryside until he heard a voice calling him towards a city known as Wissenheim. Though his allegiance to the light was weak, he took it as a sign to seek out a new life there. The first thing he would do is search for some work and make connections with any locals. However, he knew this would be hard to do as his previous experiences has grown to make him paranoid and fearful or any that seeks his companionship. This fear contradicted directly with another large fear that drove him in life, the fear of being left alone.
