The Men of the East

The men of the east differ from many men you may have encountered from different regions of the world. They are taller, broader, and a very stoic people. Seeing a smile on a Wissenheimers face is a rare sight to behold, as they prefer to talk to people directly and get to the point. It wouldn't be fair to say that they are entirely boring, however. They do hold grand festivities celebrating such things as past wars, to the fields bounties, and even one where they all just get very drunk, and dance about the streets. Wissenheimers are also famous for their beer and smoked meats, exporting all over the known world. Though expensive and a delicacy in other parts, sitting down at a local tavern and enjoying a Smott's Creamed ale, or a Calhides Dark Brew is cheap enough even the vagrants could afford them. When the Wissenheimers aren't working, or celebrating, they enjoy growing gardens around their modest plots of lands. Its actually a right of passage for a young one to successfully grow a Hop plant.  Your average Wissenheimer holds anything loud, fancy, or lazy in great disdain. So much so, they will boo out performers, bards, and poets who create a ruckus, or even shun their own kind who carry about in this manner.
