Firnen the Fey Watcher

A peculiar green dragon heard more than seen, living deep in the Hallow Forest on the borders between the material world and feywilds. 
After the Rage of Dragons failed, Firnen retreated to the woods and chose to make the territory his home. Travelers tell of stories where Firnen seemed to materialize from the canopy to obliterate anyone and anything deemed an intruder, and despite his chromatic nature is said to be on good terms with the fey and their courts because of it. Still, he has learned much from the fey and is as cunning as he is self-serving, sometimes carving deals with intruders that favor no one but himself.
