Tuning Weapon Properties

In exchange for ten (10) Chromatite Slabs, you may alter the properties of an Echo that started as a weapon, potentially changing its function and abilities in various ways. You may either add, remove, or change your weapon's properties. In this way, you can have a magic hammer with the properties of a flametongue, you can turn a rifle into a gunblade by giving it the properties of a longsword, turn a vorpal sword into a whip, or whatever else sounds cool.   You are permitted to make as many as three changes to a weapon's properties or type. No matter what or how many changes you make, the weapon's frequency increases by +1. A weapon with the ranged property gains the ammunition property for free, based on the type of ranged weapon used as a basis, and does not otherwise count against a weapon's three property limit.   It costs an additional 10 slabs to modify the Echo again later. Doing so does not increase the weapon's frequency, and it only decreases the frequency if you choose to revert the item back to its original properties. Again, the weapon can never have any more than three properties at any given time, not counting ammunition properties on ranged weapons.
