Leaf of the Everlasting

The Leaf of the Everlasting was found in a broggart temple, but does not require Akna's blessing. It is an elm tree leaf earring, but can be fastened to a necklace or similar.

A leaf appears and circles around you before flying forward at a creature or object within range with incredible speed. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d8 slashing damage. This cantrip scores a critical hit on a roll of 18-20. This spell's damage increases by 1d8 when you reach 5th level (2d8), 11th level (3d8), and 17th level (4d8).
If one has multiple caster stats, they choose which to use. If they lack a caster stat, then they only apply proficiency.
