Prince Leslie Taylor announces the lottery for "The Last Supper"

In order to re-populate the ranks and quell dissenting talk of favoritism amongst the Camarilla, Leslie Taylor announces an initiative called "The Last Supper."
The event is a lottery amongst the clans of Melbourne for the opportunity to sire one of four new fledglings. Open to all but Clan Brujah, the clans do their best to edge out all others. 
Though it is unknown to the greater Kindred society at this time, this will be the last time Leslie Taylor allows any siring outside of his closest allies in Clan Brujah.
