Domain of Daliyar
The Domain of Daliyar is one of the major nations of the high elves. It is the most northern kingdom of the high elves, and has fewer populations than its neighbouring southern realm. The Domain holds the council of Ryo-Alluin, and is generally considered to be the more elite and sophisticated compared to the other elven kingdoms. The region is suited to the needs of the high elves with such beauty and resources partly because of the blessings the Ryo-Alluin gave the region after they learned more arcane arts from their visit to Eislana.
