Latorah (Lah-Tor-Ah)

Latorah is a small island off the coast of Valtul and Kalasier. It is mostly hilly and grassy. The Kingdom of Valtul once set up small colonies along the eastern coast of the island. When the colonists made contact with the Willaboes they did not recognize them as intelligent so they mass kidnapped and put many into forced labor. When The Mother of the Lake found out of her subject's torture and mistreatment she destroyed the colonies from Kingdom Vatul, once again putting the island under the control of the Willaboe. Latorah is described as a land with a grassy region towards the coast, but a dangerous forest towards the middle of the island. The closer one gets to the interior of the island the more abundant bodies of water are such as lakes and swamps. Tall twelve foot blades of grass can be found within the vegetation, as well as massive purple flowers. In the middle of the island lies a massive lake with the creator of the island, The Mother of the Lake. The island is predominantly controlled by Willboes.
