The Troll Hills

The Troll Hills are a collection of mountains in Northeast Roscrea that make the entire region unstable and unsafe to settle in. As the name suggests, the mountain range is infested with different types of trolls, but most notably the blind and large cave trolls, and the agile and long-limbed mountain trolls. Different tribes have made their home within the hills, most notibly the agressive Jumu Tribe that often raided the nearby settlement of Berkenshire many times. Eventually, in the year of 7952 3E, the emperor at the time sent in the Northern Roscrean legion known as the Zuard to destroy the Jumu Tribe. The mission was successful, and the Jumu Tribe was successfully destroyed, however several of the returned human and elven captives reported that deep within the mountains, the trolls had constructed a large arena where they test their metal for riches and glory.
