Weayr Peninsula

The Weayr Peninsula is a large peninsula found in Northern Airgona, bordering the Deak Desert to the south, and creating the Drear Gulf to the west. The peninsula has been tossed hands many times, such as the First Roscrean Expedition into Airgona in 5313 2E, where the Empire Controlled a majority of the peninsula. In 6098 3E during the reign of King Olvund, the peninsula came under complete control of the dwarves after they expanded their empire into Northern Airgona. The most recent owner of the peninsula was by the ruthless three-headed ork known as Yorag the Three-Headed in 7890 3E, in which under his rule the region came under extreme lawlessness. The only remaining civilized settlement remains to the farthest extent of the peninsula, which is known as Free Dock, and is owned by a collection of traders, each owning a separate district of the city. The constant switch of ownership has damaged the landscape and the native species of the region, such as the Kelgegours.
