Assessment:

Politically speaking, there are two distinct regions of the Republic of Ebgar, northern Ebgar is a prosperous and industrious region populated with expert artisans and military academies. Southern Ebgar is mostly empty desert, some of which is cold tundra and some of which is a hot desert. There are a handful of fairly sized cities, but they are insufficiently protected and there are tons of piracy problems coming from the free cities in the wildlands.
