She is the musician shop owner.  She is a former student, who lost her singing voice...instead now it is raspy.
She has PTSD moments, but unable to recall the memory...only able to recall the emotional feelings.  She doesn’t know why, but is uncomfortable when ever Headmistress and Lord Juntas comes to pay a visit.
She takes joy creating instruments personally to the students and bringing out their true potential. She has also been commission by many others around the world for her special instruments; for commissions of clients that she never sees....she asks for a piece of their hair, to weave it into the instrument and tap into the musician’s inmate power.
