Argathar is the unrealised potential of the the nightmare, the power of doubt and wisdom. In a constant struggle with his brother Orthis which represents the softer side of the dream. Argathar tries to sow fear, doubt, and a hint of madness in those he touches. It is his intention that through these things, sentient beings may know understanding. Argathar is a calm, calculating and ruthless god. His shape constantly shifting to represent that which the viewer fears most.
