Enzo

Enzo (pronounced En-zho) is the literal king of air. He lives in the City of Bahamut on the Air plane. He is a trickster and ruler over the Air plane.
History
Enzo is the creator of the Air Plane. The one that created the wind itself. Enzon is the belief that you can trick people to do your bidding, the bigger the trickery the more Enzo will be pleased.
