Karnah is the capital city of Zhen-Gong. The city is deviated by 3 ring, all 1 higher than the other. The lowest is for the workers, the middle for more important people and the top for the Royal Emperor his palace.
The city has an exceptionally large statue of the god Budahra in front of the stairs to go to the emperor’s palace. They say that Budahra is a god of good luck.
The current emperor is Xiao Zhen-Gong, an extremely strict man that will make sure that his empire will thrive to their peak performance.
