Zutha

Zutha (pronounced zut-hah) is the literal queen of Water. She lives in the City of Shelluria on the Water plane. She is a calm ruler over the Water plane.
History
The creator of the Plane of Water. And also, the creator of Tourithia who is together with Ioz'om, Gorum. Zutha is a peaceful queen who will make sure her people will be safe. Zuthanin are those are who as uncaring for human affairs, they are considered to the belief of the Fate's and that nobody can stop it.
