During an evening feed, Rain gave into his bestial urges, popped his claws and gave chase after a mortal.  The mortal broke away, but Rain eventually succeeded in tracking him down and dragging him up a fire escape, claws extended.  Rain spotted someone across the street taking pictures of him, and after trying to chase them down, realized they were a Kindred in the employ of Sully.  Before Rain and Dog could catch him, the photographer fled, camera in hand.
