Chin-Hwa Ho

Chin-Hwa serves as a member of the August Council and erstwhile leader of the city's Brujah population. Chin is often the most outspoken member of the Council, having a reputation for being quick to speak and often following through with his actions. Chin-Hwa holds domain over Brooklyn and works to balance both the mortal and Kindred worlds in his home while ensuring his voice is one for all Kindred within the boroughs.
Chin-Hwa is Rylee's sire, impressed by his dedication to volunteer causes.  He also appears to be close with Markus, having greeted him warmly upon his return.
