Desi Delgado

Delgado is something of an engima among the New York real estate community as they often work through intermediaries to purchase tenements across the city. They serve as the face of the Tzimisce clan on the August Council, and hold domain over Staten Island, where a number of their properties exist. Desi is often difficult to predict in Council matters, as their opinions seem to vary widely on a given matter.
The coterie cut Desi off before they could even deliver an offer when they learned they presided over Staten Island.
