Leif

Tattooed in Nordic runes, Leif works as a bartender at Surfari Joe's but purports himself to me a self-styled "architect of the universe". Both he and Jay managed to catch each other's attention, leading to a minor conflict before the pair de-escalated the situation. Jay mentions the Second Inquisition's presence in town, and Leif expressed some interest in what they might be working on, though he asked for more information before committing the help the coterie. At the bare minimum, the pair negotiated something of a ceasefire so long as they stayed out of each other's way.
Following the coterie's attack on the Second Inquisition stronghold, several of them met with Lief, telling him of what they fould and implying there could be a great deal to gain from snuffing out the SI.  Lief appeared unswayed by their arguments, or perhaps simply the state the coterie appeared to be in.
