Sully

Sully serves as a member of New York City's August Council, representing the Nosferatu in the city who defected from the Camarilla in the past and ruling over the Bronx. As part of her training in her previous life, Sully acts as the driving force behind the Anarch's Committee of Public Safety in New York. When appearing in Kindred gatherings, she often wears police dress blues, perhaps as a reminder of the position she holds.

Sully extended an offer for the coterie to register and work out of the Bronx as part of the CPS. In exchange, Sully has offered to mentor the coterie and provide them with a haven of their own.

Sully requested the coterie's presence and Clooney arrived to usher them to her, finding only Marsh. During Marsh's visit, Sully was visibly upset at the coterie's disregard for the Masquerade and penchant for getting involved in Camarilla messes. She was irritated that the coterie assumed her response rather than mentioning they were leaving, and the fact that not only did the majority of the SI soldiers live, but the base had not been destroyed either. She also presented a great deal of evidence that Rain had been causing several masquerade breaches, including but not limited to turning into a bat on the street, the incident at the zoo, and leaving multiple dead bodies in alleys to be found. This, along with the coterie's confrontation with the Duskblood in an alley, did not put a positive light on the coterie. Marsh assured Sully that he would take care of Rain, and she asserted that if he did not, she would ensure the bully boys did. Marsh promised her the coterie would not repeat the same mistakes.
