JACKIE

Jackie is a major player in the Anarch Kindred of NOWY NADIR and is allied (for the time being at least!) with MARKUS DEAN.
She's willing to cooperate with new Kindred only as a favour to Markus. However, she'll also take this opportunity to get them to owe her, so she can further manipulate them down the line. 
Her manipulative manner has earned her a reputation of fear amongst the Anarchs of Nowy Nadir. Similarly, the Camarilla feel that she might be right for defecting to their faction. 
Secret: Jackie is indeed parleying with the local Camarilla, but she's playing them and has no intention of joining them.
